In re: Morris Joseph applying for remedial writ and stay order.

Writ denied. With respect to court’s ruling binding defendant over for trial, the showing made does not warrant the exercise of our supervisory jurisdiction. With respect to court’s ruling overruling the motion to quash, defendant has an adequate remedy by review in event of conviction.
