In re Johnson, Darrell T.; Defendant(s); applying for motion to enforce order of this court dated January 16, 1998; Criminal District Court, Div. “G”, No. 369-373; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 98KA-2305.
The district court is ordered to comply with this Court’s earlier order, see State v. Johnson, 97-2439 (La.1/16/98), 707 So.2d 46 within thirty days. The district court is further ordered to provide this Court with proof of compliance.
