In re Douglas Johnson applying for writ of review. Parish of East Baton Rouge.

Writ granted. The relator alleges he has been arrested on three forgery charges and that he has requested a preliminary examination without avail. Information requested of us from district court does not negative this allegation. The petitioner is entitled to a preliminary examination, if he has moved for same, and it is so ordered.
