In re: James Johnson, et al., applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition, mandamus and stay order. Parish of Lafourche.
Application denied. As to the first assignment of error, cross-examination of defendants should be limited to questions relevant to the issues on the motion to suppress. As to the second assignment, there is an adequate remedy by appeal in the event of conviction.
