In re: Daniel Johnson applying for writ of review.
Not considered: The relator pleaded guilty on October 20, 1976. The matters [1073]*1073complained of, which occurred before the plea of guilty, do not appear to raise an issue for post-conviction relief. Nevertheless, this court does not ordinarily consider claims which are as here presented to this court without first affording the trial court an opportunity to pass upon them.
