Opinion

Writ denied: The only issue presented to the trial court was a motion to quash the charges because of the delay in trial. The trial court has informed us in writing that the motion was overruled on May 19, 1972. Under the facts alleged, an inadequate showing is made for the exercise of our supervisory jurisdiction. Relator’s right to reurge his coxitentions on' appeal are reserved in the event of conviction.
