In re Leroy Jenkins, applying for writ of certiorari, prohibition or mandamus. Parish of Rapides. No. 182-126.

Writ granted. Under the circumstances, the trial court abused its discretion in revoking probation. State v. Lassai, 366 So.2d 1389 (La.1978); State ex rel. Robertson v. Maggio, 341 So.2d 366 (La.1976). Probation is reinstated subject to the original conditions.
