In re State of Louisiana; — Plaintiff; Applying For Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court Div. H, No. 491-352; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 2010-K-0143.

The ruling of the trial court granting the motion to suppress the evidence in this case is reversed. The stay previously issued by this Court is lifted.
