In re Jackson, Prentiss; applying for writ of certiorari and/or review; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. CR87-0482; Parish of Beauregard, 36th Judicial District Court, No. CR123-86.

Granted. The sentence is amended to delete only that portion which imposed one additional year in default of payment of $750 fine. See State v. Williams, 484 So.2d 662 (La.1986) and State v. Garrett, 484 So.2d 662 (La.1986). Otherwise, denied.
