RECONSIDERATION OF PRIOR DECISION
On appellee's motion for reconsideration. Motion denied. Appellee's motion to dismiss by virtue of abatement denied. Appellant's motion to substitute a party defendant-appellee granted.
O'CONNOR, C.J., and DEGENARO, J., concur. The court's decision in this case was limited to a reversal of the court of appeals' judgment and a remand to the court of appeals solely for consideration of the four remaining assignments of error.
