In re: Thomas J. Gerami et al. applying for writs of certiorari (review), prohibition, mandamus and for a stay order.

Writ refused. We find no error of law in the ruling of the trial judge.

FOURNET, C. J., is of the opinion that the writ should be granted and will assign written reasons in support thereof. SUMMERS, J., is of the opinion that the writ should be granted.
