|, Writ granted. For thé réasons assigned by Judge Lobrano, the'trial court abused its discretion in finding actual prejudice without sufficient evidence to support that finding.' Accordingly, we reversé and vacate the lower courts’ 'rulings, deny the defendant’s motion for mistrial; and remand the case to the District Court for further proceedings.
