IN THE INTERMEDIATE COURT OF APPEALS

OF THE STATE OF HAWAI I

STATE OF HAWAI I, Plaintiff-Appellee, v. HAILEY L. HUFFMAN, Defendant-Appellant

APPEAL FROM THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE SECOND CIRCUIT WAILUKU DIVISION (CASE NO. 2DTA-21-00993)

ORDER APPROVING STIPULATION TO DISMISS APPEAL (By: Ginoza, Chief Judge, Wadsworth and Chan, JJ.) Upon consideration of the Stipulation for Dismissal of

Appeal, filed January 17, 2023, by Defendant-Appellant Hailey L.

Huffman (Huffman), the papers in support, and the record, it

appears that (1) the appeal has been docketed; (2) under Hawai i

Rules of Appellate Procedure (HRAP) Rule 42(b), the parties

stipulate to dismiss the appeal; and (3) attached to the

stipulation is Huffman's declaration showing she understands the

consequences of voluntary dismissal, consistent with HRAP

Rule 42(c).

Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Stipulation

for Dismissal of Appeal is approved and the appeal is dismissed. NOT FOR PUBLICATION IN WEST'S HAWAI I REPORTS AND PACIFIC REPORTER

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all pending motions are

dismissed.
