To the Appellate Division, Superior Court:

A petition for certification of the judgment in A-004512-16 having been submitted to this Court, and the Court having considered the same;

It is ORDERED that the petition for certification is granted and the matter is summarily remanded to the trial court for resentencing consistent with State v. Warren, 115 N.J. 433 (1989), and State v. Hess, 207 N.J. 123 (2011). Jurisdiction is not retained.
