Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We reverse the trial court’s order which dismissed the escape charges filed by the state against appellee Bryan Keith Hilton. See B.H. v. State, 622 So.2d 615 (Fla. 5th DCA 1993). We note that when the trial court entered its order it did not have the benefit of our decision in B.H.

REVERSED.

GRIFFIN and DIAMANTIS, JJ., concur. W. SHARP, J., dissents, without opinion.
