In re Herried, Leonard; applying for supervisory and/or remedial writ; Parish of Vernon, 30th Judicial District Court, Div. “B”, No. 42186; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. KW87-1384.

Granted. The rulings of the courts below are reversed and the motion to suppress is sustained, and the case is remanded to the district court. See State v. Parms, 523 So.2d 1293, (La.1988). Otherwise denied.
