PER CURIAM.

We reverse the dismissal of the state’s case (for failure of state’s witnesses to appear for deposition) on the authority of our decision on the identical point. Gerstein v. Durant, 348 So.2d 405 (Fla. 3d DCA 1977).

Reversed.
