Opinion
We reverse the trial court’s order granting the defendant's motion to suppress upon a holding that there were sufficient circumstances giving rise to a founded suspicion which justify the investigatory stop in this case. Dodds v. State, 434 So.2d 940 (Fla. 4th DCA 1983); State v. Gamble, 370 So.2d 428 (Fla. 3d DCA 1979); Porter v. State, 302 So.2d 481 (Fla. 3d DCA 1974).
Reversed and remanded for further proceedings.
