In re Elijah “Bobby” Hawkins, applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition, mandamus and stay order. East Carroll Parish. No. 19,550.
Writ granted. Trial judge ordered to conduct hearing in order to fix bail. Bail hearing previously held discloses no evidence which would warrant the refusal of bail by the trial judge.
