Opinion
This is an appeal by the defendant from a judgment for a fine of five hundred dollars, upon a conviction on an indictment for keeping a nuisance. The appeal is presented upon a transcript of the indictment and the judgment entry and a supersedeas bond. The record, thus presented, discloses no error, and the judgment of the district court is AFFIRMED.
