Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We reverse the order dismissing the state’s information charging appellant with solicitation to deliver cocaine on the authority of Metcalf v. State, 614 So.2d 548 (Fla. 4th DCA 1993). We remand this case for further proceedings.

REVERSED and REMANDED.

ANSTEAD, DELL and KLEIN, JJ., concur.
