On appellant's motion to compel filing the complete record. Motion granted. The Ashland County Clerk of Courts shall file the record within 14 days. No exceptions will be granted. If the record is not filed within 14 days, an order shall issue that requires the Ashland County Clerk of Courts to appear before this court and show cause why the record has not been filed.
