PER CURIAM.

Granted in part. The case is remanded to the court of appeal for reconsideration of the Batson issue in light of Powers v. Ohio, — U.S. —, 111 S.Ct. 1364, 112 L.Ed.2d 411 and State v. Collier, 553 So.2d 815 (La.1989), and for reconsideration of the hearsay issue in the light of State v. Wille, 559 So.2d 1321 (La.1990). Otherwise, the application is denied.
