The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 10th day of March 2006 by Attorney General for Extension of *667Time to File Response to Petition for Writ of Certiorari:

"Motion Allowed. Attorney General shall have up to and including the 28th day of April 2006 to file and serve his/her response to Petition for Writ of Certiorari with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 13th day of March 2006."
