BREAUX, C. J.

This application is similar to the application made to this court in the case of State of Louisiana v. Louis Werner, In re Louis Werner, applying for a writ of mandamus, ante, p. 1064, 53 South. 321, and which was declined.

Therefore, for the reasons assigned in this latter case:

It is ordered, adjudged, and decreed that the petition of relator in the above numbered and entitled cause be and the same is hereby dismissed ; also his demand.
