Following a no-contest plea, defendant-appellant, Tracy Freeman, was convicted of carrying a concealed weapon pursuant to R.C.
Freeman relies upon this court's decision in Klein v. Leis,
Because he has not raised an assignment of error relating to his conviction for having a weapon while under a disability, Freeman has waived all issues relating to that conviction. SeeState v. Chinn,
Further, a certified copy of this Judgment Entry shall constitute the mandate, which shall be sent to the trial court under App.R. 27. Costs shall be taxed under App.R. 24.
