On motion to set execution date. Motion granted. Antonio Sanchez Franklin's sentence shall be carried into execution by the warden of the Southern Ohio *1002Correctional Facility, or in his absence, by the deputy warden on Thursday, January 12, 2023, in accordance with the statutes so provided.
