Stay order recalled. Writ granted in part. Trial judge ordered to conduct hearing as previously scheduled. Any orders rendered after our stay order of Feb. 12, 1996 are vacated. Case remanded to the trial court with instructions to the trial judge to vacate the premature execution date. La.R.S. 15:567. Otherwise, the application denied.
