APPEAL DISMISSED: This matter was not triable by jury. See La.Const. Art. I, § 16; La.C.Cr.P. art. 779; La.R.S. 14:74; State v. Clause, 486 So.2d 1206 (La.App. 1st Cir.1986). We will not consider the matter as a writ application because it fails to comply with Rule 4, Uniform Rules— Courts of Appeal. See State v. Clause, supra at fn. 2.
