Opinion
Because the trial court determined that double jeopardy had attached, it dismissed the information which charged the defendant with unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. We reverse on the authority of State v. Iglesias, 374 So.2d 1060 (Fla.3d DCA 1979).
Reversed and Remanded.
