In re State of Louisiana; — Plaintiff; Applying For Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court Div. E, No. 491-398; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 2010-K-0004.

Writ granted. The ruling of the trial court granting the defendant’s motion to suppress is hereby reversed, and the motion is hereby denied. The case is remanded to the trial court for further proceedings.

JOHNSON, J., would deny the writ.
