For the reasons discussed in the consolidated case of State v. Antoine, 98-369 (La.App. 3 Cir. 10/28/98); 721 So.2d 562, the judgment of the lower court granting the motion to suppress is reversed. This matter is remanded for further proceedings on the remaining charge.
REVERSED AND REMANDED.
