In re Arthur Edwards, Jr., applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition, and mandamus. Parish of Caddo. No. 114961.

Granted in part and denied in part. Relator is to be paid cost of transcript out of funds available for transcripts for indigent defendants. Otherwise denied.
