ORDER
On considering that defendant Gerard Edwards has filed a motion for newly discovered evidence, in No. 265-068, Section “D”, Criminal District Court, Parish of Orleans, and on further considering that the motion has been filed within one year of the verdict or judgment:
It is ordered that the case be remanded to the district court for a hearing on the motion for new trial based on newly discovered evidence. See La.C.Cr.P. art. 853.
