Opinion

In re: Ray Anthony Dugas and Maurice Dugas, Surety, applying for remedial writs.

Writ denied. Since no appeal lies in the present case, we treat the appeal as a writ application. See State v. Johnson, La., 342 So.2d 863, handed down February 4, 1977. Our review discloses no error in the judgments of the trial court.
