858 So. 2d 414, 2003 La. LEXIS 3363, 2003 WL 22718794
Supreme Court of Louisiana·Decided November 12, 2003·No. No. 2003-KK-3114·Published

Opinion

In re Ducros, David H.; — Defendant; Applying for Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court Div. D, No. 434-486; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 2003-K-1728.

Stay denied. Writ and motion to consolidate with State v. Mercadel, 03-KA-3015 denied as premature because the court of appeal has not acted on the merits of Relator’s writ.

JOHNSON, J., would grant the stay, otherwise concur.
