In re Irby J. “Duke” Ducote, applying for writ of certiorari or review. Parish of Avo-yelles. ' No. 50414?

Granted. It is hereby ordered that the ruling of the trial court permitting the state to introduce “other crimes” evidence is reversed. See State v. Prieur, 277 So.2d 126 (La.1973), State v. Moore, 278 So.2d 781 (La.1973). The matter is remanded to the district court for further proceedings in accordance with law.
