Opinion

In re Donaldson, Plonzo Sanders; — Defendants); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “H”, No. 287-729.

Granted. Relator’s conviction and sentence for armed robbery contravene the constitutional prohibitions against double jeopardy. Therefore relator’s armed robbery conviction and twelve year sentence are vacated. State ex rel. Adams, 558 So.2d 552 (La.1990). His 20 year sentence for attempted murder is unaffected.
