Opinion

In re: Charles M. Dixon, applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition and mandamus. Parish of Orleans.

Writ denied. Mandamus is moot since appeal has been lodged in this court. In all other respects the application is denied without merit. Relator’s showing does not indicate that he sought bond pending appeal in the trial court.
