Opinion

January 18, 1912. This appeal is from an order sustaining demurrer to the fourth and fifth paragraphs of the answer, which order is herewith reported with exceptions thereto.

After due consideration we are satisfied that the exceptions should be overruled for the reasons stated in the order.

Judgment affirmed.
