Opinion

WRIGHT, Presiding Judge.

In accord with the judgment of the Supreme Court of Alabama, rendered on July 19, 1985, 477 So.2d 417, the judgment of this court heretofore rendered on May 30, 1984, 477 So.2d 413, is set aside and the judgment of the Circuit Court of Mobile County, Alabama, entered in a consolidated action November 15, 1983, is hereby reinstated and affirmed.

AFFIRMED.

BRADLEY and HOLMES, JJ., concur.
