Opinion
The granting of defendant’s motion to quash the multiple offender bill of information under La.R.S. 15:529.1 is reversed and this case is remanded to the district court for all further proceedings in accord with the law. See State v. Dorthey, 623 So.2d 1276 (La.1993).
