In re State of Louisiana; — Plaintiff; Applying for Rehearing of this Court’s action dated March 4, 2009, Parish of Orleans, Orleans Parish Juvenile Court, No. 2009-009-02-DQ-C; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 2009-C-0240.

Rehearing granted. The order of the Juvenile Court ordering the State to produce the witness for questioning by the defense, in any manner, including, but not limited to, telephone or in person, is vacated.
