In re Alton M. Davis, applying for supervisory writs. Criminal District Court, Parish of Orleans. No. 355-578. Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit. No. K-0906. Orleans Parish.
Granted. The sentence of May 25,1979 is set aside, and the case is remanded for resentencing. If the trial judge imposes a greater sentence than that imposed on July 19, 1978 (pursuant to a conviction which was set aside on appeal), he must articulate reasons justifying such action.
