Opinion

Per Curiam:

Gary Lee Custard appeals from the Judgment of the Circuit Court of Adair County, Missouri, finding him guilty, following a jury trial, of one count of the class B felony of assault in the first degree. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum of law has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
