Opinion

PER CURIAM.

For the same reasons as expressed in Nettleton v. Doughtie, 373 So.2d 667 (Fla. 1979) with reference to chapter 318, Florida Statutes (1977), the county courts retain jurisdiction to adjudicate chapter 316 violations.

REVERSED.
