Opinion

Per Curiam:

Mr. Travis Dewayne Coats appeals his conviction by a Callaway County jury of two counts of third-degree domestic assault. § 565.074, RSMo. (2000 and 2012 Supp.). The trial court sentenced him to ninety days of incarceration in jail on each count to be served concurrently but suspended execution of sentence, placing Mr. Coats on two years of supervised probation. For reasons stated in the memorandum *149provided to the parties, we affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
