Opinion
On the application of Robert F. Fleming, this case is remanded to the district court for a hearing to determine whether Fleming is defendant’s attorney. In the event it is determined that Fleming is defendant’s attorney, he will be allowed to perfect additional assignments of error, to perfect this appeal anew, and to have the case placed on the docket of this court for re-argument.
Remanded.
