Opinion

In re State of Louisiana; — Plaintiff; Applying For Writ of Certiorari and/or Review, Parish of Iberia, 16th Judicial District Court Div. H, No. 10-CR-000263; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. 11-953.

Writ granted. The judgment of the court of appeal is reversed. The trial court did not abuse its discretion in denying defendant’s motion to suppress evidence. The ruling of the trial court is reinstated.
