Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Conviction affirmed. Defendant’s sentence is vacated, however, and this case is remanded for resentencing. Defendant remains eligible for parole on his conviction for attempted second-degree murder. La. R.S. 14:27; 14:30; of., State v. Green, 391 So.2d 833 (La.1980); State v. Welch, 368 So.2d 965 (La.1979) (on rehearing).
